History

Two partners. One aim.

In 1999, Gebrüder Weiss and Röhlig, two international logistics companies, combined their strengths to open up the markets in Asia and North America. The partners opened up offices at strategically important trading centers under the joint brand Weiss-Röhlig.

Together with Gebrüder Weiss and Röhlig Logistics, the Weiss-Röhlig global network today comprises some 8,000 employees in more than 50 countries.

Weiss-Röhlig’s strength lies in pooling the expertise and resources of two traditional companies. Gebrüder Weiss can look back on over 500 years of experience in the transportation business. Today, its service spectrum ranges from land transport, air and sea freight to industry-specific logistic solutions. Röhlig Logistics has over 160 years of trade experience. This global company’s core business focuses on air and sea freight, project logistics and supply chain management.
